The compositions included in this reel are the same as those on the CD and they appear in the same order.
Heart Strings is my first official CD Release. I found out the hard way what was all involved. The process of making a CD is quite a challenge for someone who has never done it before. All those decisions; what songs to use, what order, CD cover design (Front, Back and spines), Inside cover design, what to include on it, colors, etc. An amazing array of questions that all need to be answered before it can be released into the world, into the vast ocean of CD's.
It took me longer to get the "product" ready than to compose the works included in it. If I didn't have "Big Al" Wagner of Big Toe Studios help me get through this process I most likely would have settled for much less than how this project actually turned out. So I wish to give "Big Al" a special thank you for all of his support and encouragement putting this CD together.
Heart Strings is a collection of twelve instrumental compositions primarily using the stringed instruments sure to soothe your soul! I hope you enjoy!

Story Behind the Song:
Dreams, hopes, love and ambitions are the "stuff" behind creation. Certainly no CD project could ever be completed without these. Heart Strings is no exception.
When I was a child I always wanted to be involved in making music. My dream was to make an album of music that would transform the world into a Paradise. A place where everyone got along well. A place where peace was the norm. A place where my heart would be filled to the brim with love, in fact overflowing into the world filling it with love, kindness, respect and mostly praise to my creator for giving me a special gift. A gift that has profoundly influenced my life. The gift of music.
So it is with this thought that Heart Strings was born and delivered into this world. I hope you find value in my effort and find comfort in your soul through listening to these compositions. Sit back, relax and enjoy Heart Strings.
